Your role as reviewer is to empower your team members and the Feedforward process by being clear with your expectations, constructive in your assessments, and approachable as a manager and leader. This page is your guide.

What Should I be doing now?
The annual Feedforward process is set to occur in the last quarter of each year, but what should you being doing now?
Project Review Form:
As Team members are wrapping up on projects, they will be filling in Project Review Forms. As these are received, the People & Management Team will upload these into your Reviewer Folder. We encourage you to check in with these year-round to monitor the progress and performance of your reviewees.
Goals & Conversations:
We encourage each Reviewer to continue to check in with their Team members to review goals they’ve established and ensure conversations are continuing year-round surrounding progress and performance.
