Notice to Staffing Agencies

Dennis Group Notice to staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters ("agency/agencies").

For the protection of everyone involved, The Dennis Group, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Dennis Group”) only accepts resumes directly from a candidate or from one of our preferred staffing partners.

Any unsolicited resumes sent to Dennis Group, including unsolicited resumes sent via any channel including but not limited to email, snail mail, robots, fax, carrier pigeon, paper airplane, directly to Dennis Group employees, or to our resume database will be considered ours to keep. 

Further, we will consider any unsolicited candidate resumes submitted by an Agency to have been referred by the Agency as an early birthday present and thusly free of any charges or fees. Dennis Group will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume. 

Agencies must obtain advance written approval from Dennis Group’s recruiting team to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully-executed contract for service and in response to a specific job opening. Dennis Group will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.

Agency agreements will only be valid if in writing and signed by an officer of Dennis Group. No other Dennis Group employee is authorized to bind Dennis Group to any agreement regarding the placement of candidates by Agencies. Dennis Group hereby specifically rejects, and denies any liability under, any agreement purporting to be accepted based on negative consent, negotiation with a candidate, performance, or any means other than the signature of a Dennis Group officer.
