Mental Health Awareness Month was established in 1949 to raise awareness about mental health, fight stigmas, provide support, educate the public, and advocate for policies that support people with mental illness and their families. Look for DG's #Tools2Thrive throughout May as part of our Mental Health Awareness Month participation!

Memorial Day (US)

Memorial day is a federal holiday in the United States for honoring those who have died while serving in the U.S. Military. Many visit cemeteries and memorials on this day to honor and mourn.
Memorial Day is also considered the unofficial start of summer in the United States.
