Canada Day celebrates the anniversary of Canadian Confederation which occurred on July 1, 1867, with the union the three separate colonies of Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. This Canada Day we also remember the Indigenous Peoples of Canada and the lost children of Canada’s Indian residential schools. This July 1st, consider wearing orange, which signifies Indigenous resilience, recognition of the residential school experience, and commitment by global citizens to the ongoing process of reconciliation. In light of the recent news, emotional support is available at the 24-hour Residential School Crisis Line (1-866-925-4419.)

Independence Day

A great movie and a US national holiday! We hope our American employees enjoy the day off to commemorate and celebrate the Declaration of Independence. May your grills be hot, your beers cold, and your fireworks magnificent.

National Ice Cream Day

Personal protective workwear and blueprint with some measuring instruments shot directly from above on rustic wood background.
