DG Storefront – Utilization Awards

All full-time employees can access the storefront to purchase Dennis Group branded apparel or items at any time throughout the year. If eligible, you should have received an email from [email protected] with your login information. If you didn't receive an email, reach out to us.

Branded items are print-on-demand, so production timelines usually take 10-14 days. All items will be shipped via ground delivery upon completion, and Dennis Group is covering the expense of shipping. Click the link below to watch a brief, 3-minute tutorial for using the DG Store.

Utilization Rewards

Each reward period, employees eligible for utilization rewards will find the balance of their rewards loaded into their storefront portal as a credit which can be used for apparel, gift cards, or both. If the total of your shopping cart exceeds your current reward balance, you can use a credit card to cover the remaining balance.

Important Notes for Utilization Rewards

Shipping

Dennis Group is covering all shipping costs. An estimated shipping cost will appear in your checkout screen but will not be reflected in your total cost or deducted from your budget.

Gift Card Fulfillment

Gift cards will be fulfilled twice a month - on the 15^th and 30^th (or closest business day). If you are working in an office, please default to your home office as the shipping address to help reduce shipping costs.

Family Law

You cannot checkout apparel and gift cards at the same time. If you try and add both gift cards and apparel to your cart, one of the items will be moved into the Save for Later category.

How long will it take to get my order?

Production timelines for printed apparel and items are normally 10-14 business days. All items will be shipped via ground delivery which can take an additional 3-5 days. In some cases, we have seen extended timelines due to supply chain disruptions. If Dennis Group receives notification from the printer that an item you have selected is out of stock and will be significantly delayed, we will notify you so you can choose to either wait for restocking, or have the item refunded.

Gift cards that are only offered as part of the utilization reward program are being fulfilled only on the 15th and 30th of the month (or the closest business day if the 15th and 30th fall on a weekend). Fulfillment for those will be ground shipping so you can expect to receive them 3-5 days after the 15th or 30th of the month.
