Construction Manager

Construction Manager responsibilities:

+ Work collaboratively with owners, subcontractors, building officials and the Dennis Group team
+ Supervise all construction activities including subcontractors
+ Assist project managers to update scope, budget and schedule
+ Maintain site safety procedures
+ Oversee process, mechanical and utility equipment installations
+ Be responsible for general construction administration
+ Supporting facility start-up

Safety Manager

Safety Coordinator responsibilities:

+ Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state and local safety regulations
+ Perform job site safety inspections, maintain files, and conduct special studies and investigations related to safety and health
+ May be required to act as full-time on-site safety coordinator as required, spending extended time on a job site
+ Prepare and lead safety initiatives for various meetings and planning sessions prior to and during construction
+ Work with Construction Managers to establish job site safety procedures and policies

Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator responsibilities:

+ Work collaboratively with owners, subcontractors, building officials and the Dennis Group team
+ Be responsible for general construction and job site administration
+ Help update and maintain project construction schedule
+ Assist project managers with change orders and subcontract management
+ Coordinate and organize project deliveries
+ Help maintain site safety procedures

Our construction management and safety teams are entirely site-based positions, working on projects that can be 6-12 months in duration. Live anywhere you desire and travel to construction sites nationwide. Most work is based in North America but we've also been known to support jobs globally.
