Keurig Dr Pepper's 1.5 million square foot production facility and distribution center broke ground in June 2019 and came online in early January 2021. The project was honored for its high level of automation, innovative sustainability solutions, and resilience in overcoming a six-week construction shutdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

J.M. Smucker’s 432,000 square foot plant in Longmont, CO was designed and built by Dennis Group. The plant can produce 280 million Uncrustables frozen sandwiches annually, and 20,000lbs of dough hourly, making it the largest single-line bakery in the world.
Sabra Dipping Co. achieved LEED-Gold New Construction certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for its new 106,475-square-foot expansion. Designed and built by Dennis Group, the expansion was constructed using 20% recycled materials. It also uses 44% less energy and 45% less water than a typical food processing facility, while doubling Sabra's production capacity.
